Course Description:
It’s our entry-level race but that doesn’t mean it’s a walk in the park.
Set in the idyllic grounds of Rockingham Castle this race has been crafted to challenge all that take part and includes over 15 awesome obstacles.
If you’re after mud, water and loads of fun this is the race for you. Running in teams or solo the sense of camaraderie on the course is second to none and there’s always someone to give you a helping hand.
The Suffering 5 is open to 15 years plus making this the perfect race, to give the young aspiring OCR runner a taste of what’s to come.
Aid Stations:
Full first aid provision including 4X4 vehicles, paramedics and first aid team.
Spectators:
Spectators are all welcome free of charge so bring as many supporters as you would like.
Parking:
£2 per car.
Post Party:
There will be plenty of opportunity to purchase hot and cold drinks and food whilst on-site in the event village.
There is also a full bar available to help you celebrate!
Other:
There is a minimum age of 15yrs for the Suffering V and all under 18 year old runners must run with their parent/guardian.
There will be a key drop at registration on a first come, first served basis.. Whilst we make every effort to keep everyones items secure, we cannot make guarantees and items are left at the owners own risk.
We offer toilets, changing rooms and cold showers to help remove some of the mud.
All races are timed using chip timing.
Team:
Simply add your team name when you register and we will ensure you are all in the same wave.
