6K and 10K: Waves will be let off every 15 minutes starting at 10 AM.
Toddler Run (May 14 ONLY): Starts at 1PM and goes until 4PM. Waves will be let off every 30 minutes

Course Description:
Both the 6K and 10K race starts and ends in the same spot. They will split up at certain points throughout the race and join back together.
The course will run you through a variety of terrains. Mud, grass, water, hills. The course includes 25+ obstacles like:
Quagmire- Winded trench path filled with water. 2-3’ deep to +2-3’ Tall. Floor level gradually changes.
Over Under- Climb over and under a series tires that are bolted together and supported by 8’ posts pounded 4’ in the ground.
Net Crawl- Crawl under bird netting through mud. 40’X10’. Net 2’ off the ground. Net stretches.
Over the Path- Climb up a pyramidal latus wooden structure and down the other side. Made from 2x6 and 2x4. Structure stands 10’ tall and is on a 50 Degree slant.
Hay Climb- Climb over 4 consecutive 4’x5’ round bales of hay.
Log Carry- Carry logs (10-20lbs) 300 feet down and back a grape row.
Slanted Rope Wall- 16’ slants that connect at 10’ high. Use rope to assist ascent.
Trip Stick- Avoid strings as you balance down 12’, standing on 4” of material. Structure on flatground.
Inverted Wall- Climb onto a 8’ wall slanted at 45 degrees towards you. Made with 2X6 and ¾” plywood.
Wall-ter Plane- A Pyramid Style wall. 12’ tall X 24’ Wide. 60 Degree angle. First 8’ is flat ¾” plywood. The following 4’ is a lattice style structure to climb over and down the other side.
12’ Rope Wall- Climb 12’ of vertical wall using a 1” rope and down the lattice planks on the other side. ¾” plywood on a 2x4 frame, supports 16” apart. 4x4 on either side with a 4x4 across the top and secured with metal support. Entire structure bolted to a 8’ post, pounded 4’ in the ground. Slant supports attach 4’ from the top to pounded posts 8’ from the wall on either side.
Ice Plunge- Jump into a lined dumpster full of ice and water and make your way to the other side and up. Dumpster dimension is 4’x4’x11’. Lifeguard will be on truck flat truck bed next to dumpster equipped with poles and rescue devices and warm blankets.
Victory Hill- Run up and down a 60’ grassy hill
Mulch Mounds- Run over a series of 30, 7’ mulch hills
Swamp- Run through a muddy path in the woods
Water Plunge- Jump into and out of 3 consecutive grape bin boxes that are 4’x4’x4’ and filled with water.
Rock n’ Roll- Traverse across a rock wall made from ¾” plywood, 4x4 and professional rock hold molds. Wall is 8’ tall and 24’ long. Next, swing across the monkey bars in between the two walls. Lastly, crawl through a 3.5’ diameter, 10’ long, corrugated tube.
Tire Wall- Climb up a slanted ladder style wall to 10’ then back down the other side, made of tires bolted together and strung with ½” wire. Wire is attached to a ¼” pipe at the top and a 2’ spiraled ground stake at the bottom.
Pull Your Weight- Pull a choice of 30, 60, or 100
Quagmire- Winded trench path filled with water. 2-3’ deep to +2-3’ Tall. Floor level gradually changes.
SandBag Carry- Carry a 40-50lb sandbag 300 ft and back.
Wire Crawl- Crawl under a series of perpendicular grape wires.
Water Plunge- Jump into and out of 3 consecutive grape bin boxes that are 4’x4’x4’ and filled with water.

Mudslide- Climb up a 8’ vertical tire wall onto a 8’x8’ platform with ¾” plywood and 2x6 every 16 inches. There is railing on all sides. Then slide down 16’ of slide made from 2x6 and ¾” plywood every 16 inches. Structure held up by 4x4 pounded into the ground 4’. Slides into a water pit that is 4’ deep and 10’ long.
Toddler Run: A 1/2 track. Participant will run it 2x unless they add the unlimited lap option in which they are allowed to run until the event is over around 4PM.
Aid Stations:
There will be several aid stations on the course. One half way and one at the Start/Finish Line. The local Fire department is located 500 feet away from the course. There will be 4 water stations, which includes finish line refreshments in the 6K and 5 water stations in the 10K. There will be 2 electrolyte/banana stations on the 10K and 1 on the 6K.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.They may roam the course freely. Map will be provided to show best spectating routs. Hay ride available to take them to hot spots. They are welcome to post-party.
Parking:
$5/car. Carpooling recommended. Shuttles will take you back and forth to parking lot.
Post Party:
Post party located at the Klingshirn Winery with DJ, Food Truck, Refreshments, Fitness Challenges, Picture back drops, Shoe collection and Bag hold/ T shirt/ medal pick up
