Each wave will have up to 150 runners, we will be adding further waves such as 10am, 11am and 12pm as initial waves fill up.

Course Description:
The course is situated in an outstanding area. There is plenty of wooded areas, slopes, deep sandy energy sapping paths, and the infamous 'Black Ditch'. This is an extremely boggy ditch that runs a large section of the course, the ditch contains ponds and water sections as well as swamps and tunnels. The Black Ditch will in itself be challenging. Water will be around waist deep around the course, marshals will warn if any deeper.
Typical obstacles will include walls, cargo nets, tunnels, sand bag carry, jumps, climbs and much more. Details of these will be released on our facebook page as we build the course, but there will be plenty! None will be difficult, as this race is designed for beginners and intermediates
Aid Stations:
Fully qualified first aiders will be on site with a 4x4 ambulance on standby. Water provided free at the finish line and at the half way point of the 12km option.
Prizes:
Each runner will also be given a rubber duck, their race number will be written on the side, it is not compulsory to carry the duck around the course with you, however, if you do and the duck makes it back to the finish line, you will be entered into our cash prize draw. A duck will be selected after the race has finished and a race number picked out. The winner will be announced on our facebook page, and also contacted for further details.
Spectators:
Free entry for Spectators within the event village, with access to some parts of the course for specific obstacle viewing.
Parking:
Free parking onsite which is very close to the event village. Marshals will be managing the car park.
Other:
Parking, toilets and refreshments are all available on site along with entertainment. Full warm up provided by a qualified fitness instructor.
Please note: There are no showers but there will be some wash down facilities provided to get the worst of the mud off!
