Course Description:
The course will be on the Rockland Community College campus. The course will include professionally designed obstacles over a 5K course. Around 6 to 12 obstacles.
Aid Stations:
There will be an aid station and paramedics will be on standby. Participants will be provided with water.
Awards:
Trophies for top finishers (male/female)
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome!
Parking:
Parking is free!
Post Party:
There will not be a post-party but there will be refreshments and food vendors. Free activities for all ages (bounce house & face painting)
Other:
All proceeds support veterans' programs at Rockland Community College and Rockland Homes for Heroes.
