Course Description:
The scenery may be heavenly, but this will be hell. You’ll start in
open fields that seem simple, but then you’ll hit the woods. This is no
ordinary trail run. Space is narrow, turns are tight. We recommend ankle
support. Oh also, plan on getting wet.
- Terrain Style – Open fields, tight trail, water
- Elevation change – medium (300+ feet)
- Existing obstacles – medium hills, creeks, swamp
Iron Warrior Dash is a 15-20 mile assault of ruthless terrain and best in class obstacles. This next level of The World's Largest Running Series is the premier event in obstacle racing, offering athletes the ultimate challenge of becoming an Iron Warrior.
A obstacle list you may encounter may include:
- Alcatraz
- Peggy Sue
- Hang Time
- Cargo Climb
- Peter Parkour
- The Dam
- Chained Up
