Back 2 The Trenches Back2TheTrenches is a fun enjoyable obstacle mud run. Set in our private 250 acre Estate with natural hills, lakes, fields and woodlands you and your friends or collegues will be challenged to push yourself to the limts!

This is a self challenging run or race, you choose, that will cover you in mud & muck from head to toe! This fantastic mud run is a combination of both natural and man-made obstacles. Have you tried running up hills covered in mud? Crawling through muddy water on your hands and knees? Climbing over rope nets, tyres, and many more obstacles?

It really tests your endurance, builds stamina and gives a great sense of achievement at the finish line. With a timing chip and medal to show your family and friends.

You will need stamina, determination, cammaraderie and a sense of humour to survive. Expect the unexpected! Get a team together, enjoy a great day out! Take a look at our website to view images and videos and sign up!

Course Description:

Rank 1: Cadets / Private - 5k route has 20+ obstacles utilising both the natural terrain and some man-made which will test your stamina with the support of your friends the camaraderie spurs you on to achieve your goal and survive the trenches!
Rank 2: Lieutenants / Captains - 10k course is for our fitness runners who can take on the challenge of 35+ obstacles to test their endurance, keep morale high and inspire their teams to do their duty and battle the trenches.

Spectators:

We have a large area for the spectators to view the start and finish part of the run, refreshments will also be available while they are waiting and wondering what the runners are up to!

Parking:

Parking is free, however we would encourage as much car sharing as possible, as we like to be eco friendly where we can.

Other:

There will be a cold shower/wash down area, don’t forget a change of clothes!

Team:

Groups of 10 or more will receive a massive discount of £5 off per person, so get your group together – the more comaraderie the more enjoyable!
