Course Description:
Choose from either 5km or 10km and then tackle cargo nets, hurdles, tyres, tunnels, hay stacks and the very popular water slide all within the beautiful Shropshire countryside with breathtaking views.
Finish off the day with your well-deserved medal and an option of free soup.
Prizes for the first three competitors over the finish line (Male & Female).
You are sure to finish covered in mud but with a smile on your face!
Aid Stations:
6 St Johns paramedics on course.
Water stop halfway and at finish.
Spectators:
Spectators welcome at start and finish.
