Participants will start in waves, which go out at 15 minute intervals.

Course Description:
The course navigates the hill's forests and bogs and is hindered by a mixture of manmade and natural obstacles, not to mention the inevitable inclement weather...
It is a hard earned 5km of running, crawling, paddling and whatever you need to do to survive the attack and get over the finish line!
Aid Stations:
Paramedics on site. Water available at end of race.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and they can roam freely.
Spectators are more than welcome, just please note that you enter the hill at your own risk and under no circumstances should you attempt any of the obstacles. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Parking:
Parking is free but we do recommend carpooling.
Team:
Teams of 5 can enter at a discount.
