Course Description:

The Extreme Cold Run is an Obstacle Run around with a distance of 3 kilometers. 15 extreme Obstacles will be placed over this distance. Participants can choose to go the distance 3km, 6km or 12km.

Other:

On the grounds are also changing rooms including showers. Clothing (bag) may be left behind in the changing rooms. There are no clothes lockers available
