Course Description:
2KM / 4KM - You can break out with the whole family during the Family Run on Sunday. The escape route is 2 km or 4 km long. Challenge your family members or friends and show that you can escape together. With this category it is mandatory that there is one companion per 3 children (between 6 and 12 years old) involved.
8KM / 14KM - On Saturday as well as on Sunday, prisoners can enlist themselves for the Day Run. During the Day Run you will cover an escape route of 8 or 14 kilometers. The Breakout Run is a challenging obstacle run, but definitely doable for everybody with a basic fitness experience and good dose of motivation! Looking for an extra challenge? During the chained breakout run your faith is in the hands of a fellow prisoner. You will be chained together and will have to work together to cover the route.
LAST MAN STANDING - This category is meant for the heavy criminals. Who will become the ultimate jailbreaker and keep himself out of the hands of the police the longest? The criminal who has covered the most rounds wins. The Last Man Standing category will start Saturday at 10.45 AM and doesn't have a fixed distance. You'll first complete the 14 kilometers course. Then, you'll complete the 8 kilometers course as many times as you can. On the prison grounds participants will be faced with some big surprises. Obstacles must be avoided, climbed and eventually overcome. The criminal who finished the most rounds at 4:00 PM wins a nice prize.

There's plenty to do for visitors! Admission for visitors is completely free!

Other:
It is recommended to train before you participate in Breakout Run. The minimum age for participation is 16 years.
There will be hot showers for free.
