Course Description:
This year's race will be another 5 miles of mud, obstacles and more - each year you ask for bigger and better - and have we disappointed you yet?! We didn't think so - runners will face some new challenges, or as we say at JCB, opportunities to show what you're made of - and as always some of the favorites like the JCB lake and tire field will be back in all their glory with a few new shake ups to keep it interesting.
Aid Stations:
There will be at least 2 ambulances staffed with paramedics on site and an additional staff of 4-6 athletic trainers to treat small injuries (cuts, twisted ankles etc.).
Water will be available to all race participants along with food.
Awards:
First place trophies will be given to the divisions for the best overall times after the Mud Run is completed at the Party Pit stage so make sure you stay and enjoy the party!
Prizes:
Best Costume Awards will be judged on June 18th at the JCB Events Trailer (near start/finish) starting at 7:15 AM! Remember to keep the costumes family friendly since there will be plenty of kids of all ages enjoying the mud and sludge!
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE to enter, but there is a $10 donation to The Lady Bamford Center to partake in all of the Party Pit activities such as food and drink.
There will be several designated spectator areas and some areas to free roam.
Parking:
Parking is free, but is limited so definitely carpool - the lot this year is even closer than in the past few years directly across from the start and finish line.
Post Party:
JCB MudFest is - RUN & PARTY! And the Post Race Party will begin as soon as the first teams are finishing in our Party Pit where you can watch the finish, hear live music and enjoy food and drinks. Food and drink is FREE for the race participants as part of your registration fee, spectator food and drink is available for a $10 donation to The Lady Bamford Center.
