Race Start Time:

1st heat will begin at 9:00 am.
Heats of 100-200 will start every 30 minutes with the last heat finishing before dark.

Iceman Run The Iceman Winter events are managed by Graniteman Events, Inc. which has been hosting and creating awesome running and multisport events for 11 years. The original Graniteman Triathlon was started in 2003, is now in its 11th year, and has grown into a 3 race series which has spawned the Graniteman Half Marathon, MUDMAN, and of course the winter themed ICEMAN 5k Obstacle Course.

Our growing team of experienced event organizers has over 30 years of combined experience in event management. Graniteman Events is always looking for new ways to challenge people, and new opportunities to take its participants race experience to the next level.

Course Description:

The 2015 ICEMAN is a super fun winter themed 5k adventure obstacle race where participants will run, walk, climb, and crawl through the one and only truly challenging winter themed obstacle race course in the country. Racers will encounter 15 challenging man made obstacles as well as all of the naturally occurring obstacles that we have found on the course. We use every square inch of all of our courses and find every hill, gorge, hole, and natural obstacle to put in your path on your way through the man made obstacles and to the finish line. Once at the finish line, if you can still hold your arms up, join everyone inside for a warm beverage, some good food, and awards, while you exchange war stories with your fellow Icemen! No Iceman goes home without some great memories, and we promise that you will be as soggy, sore, and tired as humanly possible! Plus, you'll have bragging rights and some really awesome race swag!

The race is electronically timed by Graniteman Events
Awards will be given out to the top Parent Child Team, top 3 males and top 3 females from each heat. Awards will be posted and available to pick up approximately 1 hour after the start of your heat.
