Prison Break Race 5 km, 15 obstacles, 3 attempts to escape. Prison Breakers are each given a belt with 3 flags. They have to run a 5 kilometer distance and overcome 15 custom-built obstacles while trying to protect their flags from menacing prison guards. Running, climbing, crawling, carrying loads, and clearing fences are all part of the escape. The ultimate goal is to break free: finishing the race with at least 1 flag remaining. Will you make it to freedom?

Course Description:

Equipped with a belt and 3 flags*, you have 3 attempts to escape. *Flag football belt
30+ obstacles for the 5km and 40+ obstacles for the 7.5km will test your strength, your endurance, your dexterity, your brain and above all, your determination.
Between the obstacles, stay alert! There are 5 zones with guards. They will want to take your flags. If a guard takes one of your flag, your escape continues.
AT THE END OF THIS PHYSICAL CHALLENGE:
If you have no flags left, you will be punished and sent to the mud pit. After, you will receive your medal, t-shirt and a refreshing cold beer!
If you have at least one flag left, you are free and a good looking woman or handsome man will be waiting for you with a t-shirt, a medal and a cold beer. Let the party begin!

Aid Stations:

A medical team will be on site. In case of minor injuries, our team will provided first aid on site.

Parking:

Parking will be available with volunteers to welcome and guide you when you arrive on site.

Other:

You will be able to leave your bags at the registration area for free. We recommend avoiding leaving any valuable belongings, just in case.
