Course Description:
The Bone Frog is the unofficial mascot for the current generation of Navy SEALs that carry out our nation’s most difficult and dangerous missions around the world. The origins date back to before Navy SEALs had been created. With at least 36 military-style obstacles spread out over 9-12 miles, the course will test everyone and leave no one unscathed. We attempt to place an obstacle every 1/4-mile; your running ability alone will not carry the day. You must be functionally fit to succeed here. You will get muddy. You will get beat up. You will be exhausted. But you will finish.
Aid Stations:
There will be aid stations throughout the course
Spectators:
Spectator passes are included in entry fees for race participants. Spectator passes are required for spectators who are 10 years old and older and cost $5 if ordered online before the event or $10 at the gate.
Post Party:
We have always subscribed to the “work hard, play hard” mentality and our after party is not to be missed!
Other:
You must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race to sign up for the event. We also offer a complimentary kids area, complete with mud pit and scaled down obstacles that the little ones can enjoy with adult supervision. This area is recommended for children ages 4-12. No additional registration is required and the kids area will be open all day. Children under 10 are free and do not require a spectator pass.
Team:
Form a team ahead of time or link up with others when you get here. If you sign up as a team with 10 or more people, each member will receive a $10 discount. This is a great way to challenge your friends and create lasting bonds.
