Course Description:
10K = How HARD CORPS are you? Test yourself against fifteen obstacles including combat town and slippery hill and finish at the muddiest pit in the world.
5K = New to the mud run, or just like dressing up to get dirty? Run for fun and overcome nine obstacles to finish at the muddiest pit in the world.
1K = Get dirty just like the big kids. Kids ages 6–12 have the chance to test their might against six obstacles and finish at the muddiest pit in the world!
Aid Stations:
Aid/Hydration Stations are on the course and fruit and water are near the finish line. Paramedics are on standby.
Awards:
Results are posted and updated throughout the event on race day. Awards ceremony for top 3 overall male and female competitive waves will take place at approximately 11am. Division awards must be picked up the morning of the race – awards for top 3 in each division will be available for pick-up after 11am. Waves 1 and 2 only are eligible for awards.
Spectators:
Spectators are free. Viewing area of the finish line and final mud pit are available to spectators.
Parking:
Free parking. A Bus shuttle for competitors and spectators from parking to to near the venue will be available for Free. VIP Parking is limited and a Registration Upgrade for Competitors and Spectators.
Post Party:
Come for the run and stay for the fun at the Filthy Fun Fest! Enjoy food, music, muddy merchants, family fun activities, beer, Marine Corps displays and the Mud Run Store.
Other:
Marine Corps Mud Run, presented by First Command, is Drought-Conscious! Water is recycled back to Camp Pendleton’s aquifers.
The minimum age to compete in the 5K is 9 years old and 10K is 13 years old. Ages 6-12 can participate in the 1K run.
Plus you get to support the Marines & Families aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
Prior to May 1, you can transfer your registration to another person for the cost of any fee increases that have occurred since your original registration date.

You can register as a Team this year with no limit on team-size.
