First heat starts at 9:00am. Heats every 20 minutes with 175 people per heat. All heats are chip timed!

Course Description:
75+ obstacles packed into 4 miles! Huge event area for spectators and participants with all the food, beer, vendors and even more extreme challenges! Give our 44 ft rope climb a shot or try to concur the Swampfoot Salmon ladder!
Aid Stations:
Two water stations are on the course. Paramedics and EMS on site. Water at the finish line and get some grub in the Event Area!
Awards:
It wouldn't be a race with out one! Awards given out after the last Swampfooter crosses the finish line! Top male and female finishers receive a free entry to Swampfoot's next event. Awards will be given to top 3 in each age groups. Team Awards as well!
Spectators:
Spectators are always FREE! Get finish line action in the event area, kick back and enjoy a cold one with some fresh BBQ as your buddies and gals push the limits on Michigan's toughest course!
Parking:
Only $5 per vehicle! Space is limited so please carpool! Parking is central and no need for shuttles.
Post Party:
Party all day! Food, beer, kids games, bounce houses, vendors everything!!!
Other:
Portion of proceeds go to Liberty Riders Handicap ridding program and the Lone Survivor Foundation (Lone Survivor heats only). Swampfoot heats are for 13 years and older. Mighty Might Mile is for kids 8-12 years. All heats are chip timed! While there is water unless your 4 feet tall you shouldn't have to swim! Gear check, showers, changing area all provided.
Team:
Male / Female / Co-Ed! Teams must have a min of 5 people. Co-Ed must have 2 females.
