Course Description:
The race will feature flights of 12-15 athletes in each heat, with the Top 10 overall times, returning for the last heat of the day in the Championship Final. The course is about a 1.5 mile loop done twice, and is very hilly. The course is dirt and bark. Obstacles you'll face are over wall, over, under through walls and a traversing wall. Tire flips, ""crab pot:"" a tire hoist up a hill. A rig with ""monkey balls"" or monkey bars. Cargo crawl and more. This is a Spectator-Friendly Course! People who are able to walk up and down hills can watch their friends and family at most obstacles.
Aid Stations:
Amazing and award-winning food trucks will be selling delicious food for spectators and participants. Fruit and water is provided for participants. Paramedics will be on standby
Awards:
Awards ceremony for first second and third place winners in the final heat
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE! This is a spectator friendly place for anyone who can walk up and down hills. Lots of viewing for most obstacles.
Parking:
Lots of parking at the UCC parking lot.

Umpqua College is the FIRST COLLEGE OBSTACLE COURSE RACE TEAM IN THE NATION! This is our First Spring Season and our Second Race since our team formed last Fall. Support College OCR by forming your own teams or racing against us or just cheering us on!
Team:
We are College Team, but we race individually. No Team Heats at this time.
