Race Start Time:
Heats are every hour on the hour from 9:00 a.m. until noon. At 2:00 is the Championship Challenge for the top 10 finishers.
On the registration site, runners can choose their preferred time. First Come/First Served as there are only 15 people per heat.

Course Description:
The Champions Challenge Course is very hilly (virtually all of it is either uphill or downhill) with about 20 obstacles. Lots of walls, a rig, tire flips, cargo crawl, a traversing wall and more.
Aid Stations:
Aid stations will be at the finish line! Water, fruit, Gatorade and cookies!
Awards:
Awards Ceremony for Top 10 finishers who Race in the final Championship Challenge.
Prizes:
Medals and Prize Money for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the Championship Challenge.
Spectators:
Spectators can come hang out with us for FREE! There are lots of areas to watch the athletes, lots of photo opportunities.
Parking:
When driving on Umpqua College Road, Drive toward the Pool (First Left then immediate Left past the gates) drive all the way around the parking lot and park below The Tower Building. Walk UP toward Tower Building to the Track. Registration is at the Track.
Post Party:
Pizza for Volunteers and Top 10 Racers between last race and Championship Challenge (1:00-2:00 p.m.)

Umpqua Community College is the FIRST college in the Nation to offer Obstacle Course Racing to students! We are a small, but enthusiastic team of athletes determined to prove OCR should be on every school's athletic curriculum! Come race with some of the BEST ATHLETES in OREGON!
