Family Ramble - First seven obstacles only - Maximum 6 per family - 10 families per start time - 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. - No times kept.
Superteam Challenge - 5 People Per Team. Teams compete in The 5K Rocklin Ramble AND also perform 10 additional ""Superteam"" challenges along the way. Teams are timed and awards given at conclusion of event - Maximum of 5 teams at the following times: Elite Division: 10:00 a.m , 10:20 a.m., 10:40 a.m. Competitive Division: 11:00 a.m., 11:20 a.m., 11:40 a.m. Recreation Division: 12:00 p.m., 12:20 p.m., 12:40 p.m.
Individuals- Individuals compete in The 5K Rocklin Ramble. No times are recorded. Maximum of 40 participants at the following times: 10:10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 10:50 a.m., 11:10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 11:50 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 12:50 p.m.

Course Description:
The course offers unique challenges as participants work their way through tubes, mazes, obstacles, a foam frolic, feats of strength, and more.
Aid Stations:
No aid stations available. Water provided at the finish line.
Awards:
Super Teams Awards Ceremony at 2:00.
Prizes:
Prizes for best superhero costumes.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and are welcome to also visit the Community Wellness Expo and Kids Fest.

This event also coincides with the City of Rocklin Health and Wellness Fair and Kidsfest at the same location from 10-4 p.m. Winners of the ""Superteam Challenge"" will be announced at 2:00 p.m. at the stage.
This is the first year for this regional event and we hope to grow it and offer new and exciting challenges each year. This year's theme is ""superheroes"" and we encourage costumes in the superhero genre (for which we will have some special prizes).
A water truck for cleaning up and restrooms will be available.
