Race Start Time:
Events start at 8:00am.
Waves will go approximately every 10 minutes.
Individual & Team Waves - 8:00am-10:00am & 12:00pm-2:00pm
Family Waves - 10:30am-12:00pm.
Individuals and Teams that want to run in the designated family waves will need to be considerate of younger participants on the course.

Course Description:
Obstacles on the course include, but are not limited to the following:
Trench Trail, Tire Maze, Push-up Pit, Wooded Trail Run, Hill Climb, Pails of Pain, Log Crawl, Crazy Creek, Timber Toss, Farmer Flip, Whistle Binkies Beach, Lumber Jack on Your Back, Walk the Plank, Pond Walk
Aid Stations:
Medical staff will be on hand.
There will be a water stop at the half way point on the course, in addition to water at the finish line.
Dippin' Stix produce snacks from Reichel Foods will be donated to the event. www.dippinstix.com
Prizes:
No prizes; however there will be raffle tickets available for our other upcoming fundraiser where we are raffling off a 2015 Polaris ATV
Spectators:
Spectators are permitted.
Adults will be charged $10; children are free.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Post Party:
Post-Race Party will be held at Whistle Binkies on the Lake.
Each participant will receive a drink ticket.
This is also a great place for spectators to watch the event since one of the obstacles will be at Whistle Binkies on the Lake.
Other:
Since 2011 our Shoot For The Cure Foundation has raised more than $210,000. Help us continue to raise funds for Mayo Clinic Cancer Research!
Our event is open to families; with designated family waves being available from 10:30am-12:00pm.
There is not a gear check available. There is not a shower area. This is not a timed event.
Team:
Teams are encouraged at our event.
There is not a discount, however teams (maximum of 15 ppl) can run together in one wave.
Costumes are encouraged!
