Course Description:
This is one ""tuff"" 5k adventure run spread out over 140 acres combining technical single-track trail on DCR's Rehoboth State Forest and off-road terrain. You won't find the typical obstacles here like wood walls or bag carries. Instead, you will find over 20 natural and unique man-made obstacles throughout. Be prepared for anything including hay bale towers, mud pits, water crossings, massive boulders, pipe walls, tunnels, monkey bars and anything else we can throw at you, but most important, have fun!
Aid Stations:
There are three water stations. Emergency personnel will be centrally located. Full meal served to all registrants except Kids registration.
Spectators:
We have the best spectator friendly course around. Every obstacle can be easily viewed by your friends and family. Because we do not have a photographer taking pictures of every runner, we encourage your family or friends spectating to get pictures of you up close on the obstacles and throughout the course.
There is a $5.00 spectator fee (cash only) for anyone not running the race. This will be paid upon arrival. Kids 14 and under are free.
Want to get in free as a spectator? Bring two non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Rehoboth Food Pantry and the spectator fee will be waived.
Parking:
Parking is $5.00 cash per car. There is parking on site however the use of a remote site may be necessary based on number of entries. Transportation from this site is provided and they cycle often. Site is a half a mile away. Feel free to use it as a warm up.
Post Party:
Family friends and runners are welcome to stay and eat drink and enjoy our fire pit area. A DJ is on site for most of the day. Vendors vary. Some food and snacks are available for purchase in the Food tent.
Other:
Showers and changing areas are provide to clean up post run. We also offer free Bag Drop for your gear. A portion of the parking fees are donated to the Rehoboth Parks Commission. Spectator food donations go to the Rehoboth Food Pantry.
Team:
Teams: Teams receive $5.00 off individual pricing per person. Teams must be at least four members. There is no maximum team limit. It is the team captain's responsibility to notify the rest of the team of what time to register for. Early heats fill up fast so if you want to guarantee all team members run together, we suggest signing up for a later heat. Once a heat is full, runners will not be allowed to switch into a closed heat.
