Course Description:
The terrain is more alternating than ever, and includes urban elements. More than that there will be indoor obstacles on the course, there were very popular last year. The course is an urban arena, where it returns to the starting area multiple times. This will be an amazing experience, both for spectators and racers. “Refshaleøen”, at approx. 5 km, is a good first race for any new racers who haven’t tried Nordic Race, OCR, or trail running before.
Aid Stations:
The safety of our participants is one of our top priorities.
We offer extreme challenges, which come with certain risks, why we always bring educated medics to our event-area.
Spectators:
Our events are very spectator friendly; therefore we welcome everyone to come take part in the festivities surrounding both our event-area and racecourse.
Post Party:
As always, Red Bull be present with their amazing DJ, searching for the right mood! There will also be an opportunity to test yourself in the form of competitions.
