Course Description:
The Redding Sunrise Rotary Mud Run is an Obstacle & Mud Run race in Redding, California consisting of a 5K Mud Run (Short).
This fun course will challenge your body and your tolerance for getting downright dirty! Among others, you can expect to slither through mud pits, scale wooden obstacles, slide down a mud hill, swim across a pond, and dash through a corn maze on your quest to conquer all of the challenges.
Sunrise Rotary Mud Run and Fundraiser is designed with families and friends in mind. Run, walk our run-walk the course, its entirely up to you.
The muddiest run in Northern California! The fields of the historic Nash Ranch are set the stage for the annual Mud Run where you will experience the best Mother Nature has to offer.
Aid Stations:
There will be at least two aid stations out on the course.
Spectators:
There will be lots of places for friends and family to cheer on the spectators.
Parking:
Parking charges included in the registration fee.
Post Party:
Anderson Rotary will be selling drive-thru tri-tip dinners after 4pm!

Kids Race:
Ages 8-16 must have adult present. Guardian must sign race waiver
Ages 1-7 to join the Kid Pit for free and must accompanied by a guardian.
