Course Description:
The McConnell Foundation's Ross Ranch offers extra muddy 5K challenge course for all ages and skill levels and a 10K with wicked obstacles for those serious athletes.

Spectators:
Spectators are free and can roam some of the course freely to take pictures. There is a free mini muddies play area for children age 10 and under.

Plenty of parking available on site for $5 donation per vehicle

Other:
The Shasta Mud Run is an essential fundraiser for the Youth Violence Prevention Council and its programs. By participating or sponsoring the 2016 Shasta Mud Run, your support will help our mission to serve more youth and families in Shasta County, and to work toward reducing youth violence, increasing leadership skills, and encouraging healthy lifestyles in our community. For those competitive participants, feel free to add the timing option at check out. Synergy Timing provides timing results throughout the day and then a link to the final results are available online. There is no swimming involved, but watch out for the large water slides, as they are deep! There is a gear check area available as well as rinse off stations.
Team:
Teams are comprised of 4 or more runners and the team size is unlimited. Many companies have teams of 50! There is a $5 discount per runner when added to a team.
