Muck MS In 5km, you will slosh over, under and through 15 obstacles that will leave you wondering why you bothered to shower that morning. As a team, you and your friends will push each other to be the strongest, fastest, dirtiest muckers you can be. When you finish, join other muckers and share your highlights in the Muck Market!

Course Description:

Total Bouette is a major sporting challenge over a course of five kilometers, you must cross some 20 obstacles before you.
To you to show that you are up to the challenge that is offered, namely an original challenge flavored ""bait.""
Cross the mud tanks and the many obstacles that you must crawl, jump and slide, and unabated to finally cross the finish line.
Whether you are a competitive runner or you want to have a good time with friends, TOTAL BOUETTE is for you!

Aid Stations:

There will be 2 aid stations with water and first aid. Route marshals will also be situated along the course.

Spectators:

A donation of $10 to access the site are asked to spectators. Spectators can watch portions of the course and attend the Muck Market.

Parking:

Parking is free and close by. Transportation will be provided to take you directly to the event grounds.

Post Party:

The post-party or ""Muck Market"" is a great opportunity to purchase Muck merchandise, grab free takeaways, chill out and share your epic muck stories with other muckers! There will be food and beverages for a small charge. Please bring cash as there will be no ATMs on site.

Other:

Muck MS is not only a fun and mucky way to spend a day with family and friends, but it is also in support of a very important cause. You will have the opportunity to help raise funds for an end to Multiple Sclerosis - a disease affecting more young people in Canada than anywhere else in the world. Come and get mucked up for a great cause!

Team:

Team (at least four people, no maximum limit) for regular waves.
