Course Description:
Details of obstacles in our path will be kept secret until weeks before the competition in order to maintain the suspense. Surely, you'll face climbing tests, glide, stroke and stringing and barriers integrates fire and the river ; all in a series of challenges accessible to everyone regardless of age* and fitness. 2016 new obstacles will included more forces and endurance to satisfy the most courageous.
The course is intermediate level. It operates the cross- country course , the rugged terrain of the forest, a natural river and over 20 obstacles. Note that the avoidance or failure of a barrier will cause a specific penalty for each obstacle
* Minimum Age: 10 years
Aid Stations:
3 aid stations on course. Paramedics on standby. Water, juice, fruits and food at finish line
Awards:
5 awards ceremony: Elite men, elite women, open men, open women, family
Prizes:
Prizes and trophy for the winners of elite men and elite women categories
Spectators:
Spectators free, all course accesible within 10 min walk
Parking:
Free PARKING out of the site and the surrounding land!
Post Party:
Food and vendors on site, plus DJ's setting the mood on the course!
Other:
100% profits goes to sports & studies programs at Le Sommet high school!

Family team discount available: 50$ for 1 adult and 1 child, 20$ for second adult, 10$ for extra child. Youth group discount: 20$/under 18 years old
