THE COLORADO MUD RUN....BIGDOGBRAG is a community wide family-friendly event. The 5k obstacle course with 26 obstacles and 15 mud pits is designed for thrill seekers and mudslingers 12 and up! We also have a 2k Little DOG FUN obstacle course with 15 obstacles which is perfect for families with kids 5 and up who want more FUN than RUN…or for bigger kids who just aren’t ready for the BIG DOG 5K. Adults that are signed up for the 5k have FREE ACCESS to the 2k course with their kids that are signed up!  Both courses have more obstacles and mud than any other race around...you'll experience really muddy mud pits, epic slides, cargo net climbs, tarzan swings, canyon traverses,  rope climbs out of canyons and a day of making memories with family, ,co-workers and friends! Race to the finish line or soak up each challenge at your own pace. Do it your way Colorado!!! But whatever you do, make June 3 or June 24 the Saturdays to beat this summer!

Not only will you have a great time at the BIGDOGBRAG, but you will be supporting 2 local charities...NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness with funds directed at the Ending the Silence Campaign preventing teen suicide) and VETERANS OVERCOMING OBSTACLES supporting vets in Colorado Springs and Pueblo!

Course Description:

The COLORADO MUD RUN: BIGDOGBRAG is all about the terrain of Colorado. So if you want to experience a uniquely Colorado course with rope climbs out of canyons, cargo net traverses over rock faces, mud slides down a mountain hillside, suspension bridges, Tarzan swings, monkey bars over mud pits, rock climbs, then THE COLORADO MUD RUN offers 25 obstacles on the 5k and 15 on the 2k that are uniquely Colorado. You'll be covered in Colorado mud and you, your family and friends can choose the amount of run you want in your fun with the choice of a 5k or 2k (kids starting at age 5 can participate in the 2k with a registered adult).

Aid Stations:

4 aid stations on the course including finish line snacks/water medical staff on site

Spectators watch for FREE

Parking:

$5 per car for parking. Part of proceeds support our charity

Post Party:

Bring some extra cash as you listen to some great music and chow down on food from vendors onsite. This is a picnic style event so please bring your picnic blankets, lawn chairs, umbrellas, canopies, and easy ups. Please no outside food or alcohol are allowed onsite...not because we have anything against beer... we just want to create a ""health forward"", family friendly environment.

Other:

We know it's called the BIGDOGBRAG but this is a human challenge course! Serivce dogs are allowed.
Store your valuables in the trunk of your car OR we will have a bag check area for $3 per bag.
