Course Description:
The course is divided into two legs and each culminates in a shooting challenge, where participants will use different firearms geared with only non-lethal training ammunition.
There are 18 obstacles -- 3 of course, are shooting challenges.
Others include net climbing, wall climbing, carrying buckets of water while running, jumping over a series of 40 cables, 18" off the ground, and spaced two feet apart.
There are also low crawl obstacles and obstacles where you will crawl through pipes, among others
Aid Stations:
Professional paramedics are available on site at all Run & Gun events.
There will be water stations and power snacks.
Spectators:
Entrance to the Run & Gun Festival area is free and open to the public.
Cheering on Run & Gunners and taking pictures at the Festival and spectator viewing areas is highly encouraged.
Parking:
Parking fee is $5.00
Other:
Everyone 18 years of age or older is welcome to participate.
As a disabled veteran, the founder of Run & Gun believes our events should be an enjoyable experience for every participant and spectator.
Outside food and drink is prohibited, but there will be plenty of options available for purchase.
For the safety of all, only registered participants are allowed on the race course.
Please do not bring personal tents, umbrellas, or items that block the view of other spectators, as they are prohibited.

Team:
Create a team of friends, family and co-workers or run solo and let all the Run & Gunners be your team.
As Run & Gun is a team-centric event focused on camaraderie over course time, most choose to recruit a team to make event day more fun and help them through the obstacles.
You can form a team before or after you register.
