Wave Times represent the time athletes will report to the starting line. Competitive Wave will be in groups of 25 athletes released every 5 minutes, all other heats will consist of 100 athletes every 10 minutes.

Course Description:
Presented by American Gladiators’ Dan “Nitro” Clark, Gladiator Rock n Run has held more than 30 events over the last 10 years all over the country - and this is the final chance to hold one last blowout party and say goodbye to all our supporters - while also celebrating Mother’s Day with a rose for all the moms that participate!
Our 5k obstacle course with 15+ obstacles and challenges is designed to be one of the best yet! We’ve enlisted the course designer for the OCR World Championships, Brett Stewart, to throw this going-away party in Phoenix including his own Adventure Fitness kid’s course.
Our FINAL GLADIATOR BASH takes place just steps away from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, who will be providing discounted entry with a Gladiator Rock n Run registration!
Aid Stations:
2 water only stations on-course. Water station at finish line. Victory Lane concessions will be open for food and drink purchases

You are welcome to create a team or join an exisisting team during registration, but it isn't mandatory. You can also sign up as an individual. Aside from the FUN of participating with a big group, teams are eligible for the Biggest Team Award!
