Registration Opens at 7:30 am. Competitive Wave starts at 8:30 am. Waves every 15 minutes. Kids 1 mile family run starts at 11:00 am or 30 minutes after last heat

Course Description:
A portion of the course is being run on the nationally renowned MillCreek Motocross track. There will be terrain changes over 100 foot elevation. Trails, open field, water, ropes, tires and wall climbs will challenge everyone’s ability. Be prepared to get tested by the course that test man and machine. The course is designed to be enjoyed by both the mud run challenger and the first time runner. Spectators will be able to view a large portion of the racing with access to many viewing areas. Obstacles include: Unique start, Tire obstacle, Trail run, Wall climb, Mud pit, Water crossings, Knee crawls, Rope climb, Slip n slide, Hills Fields.
Aid Stations:
We will have a paramedic on duty, where an aid station will be. We will provide water at the finish line.
Awards:
The top 3 male and female winners in the competitive division at 8:30 am will receive a cool award. All other participants will receive a medal. Age Divisions: 12-17/18-29/30-39/40-49/50+-59/60+
Spectators:
Spectators are free. There are several places for fantastic viewing.
Parking:
Parking will be $10.00 per car (cash only). Plenty of convenient parking no shuttles needed
Post Party:
We will have concessions on site for purchase
Other:
Minimum age to run the 5K by yourself is 14. Participants 9-13 can run the 5K but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We will have areas for your to shower off after the run.
The event will be timed.
