Course Description:

The Farm Run is the most original mud race in Italy: bales of hay, mud holes, cyclopean barriers and ramps ... to test yourself or to compete, but above all to have fun.
The Farm Run features a 12k Competitive race, 12k fun run and an easy 5k. The12K Competitive is an OCR standard course featuring over 30 natural and artificial obstacles, on mixed and unpaved terrain. Some of the obstacles you will be facing include the quarter pipe, peg board, flying wheels, criceto, passo del giaguaro, bales of hay, La Trebbia, among others.
The 12K Easy follows the same path and distance as the Competitive 12K Farm Run, with the advantage of being able to help or be helped to overcome obstacles by nearby athletes, bypass obstacles that are deemed unsuitable for pleasure without any penalty. In short, lots of fun without performance anxiety! Obviously you don't participate in the ranking of any championship.
The 5K EASY is 5 km of pure fun to test yourself in a real competition field, sharing the experience with the strongest specialty athletes. The fun choice par excellence, where you don't even run, to go through in complete tranquility with over two hours available to get to the finish line!

Aid Stations:

id stations with water and first aid, a judge or more every obstacle, paramedics ready to go, water and fruits at the end.

Spectators:

Spectator free entrance in designated area, in the sport village and truck food area

Free Parking.
The event takes place starting near the ""Il Noce"" sports center with free access and parking, from via Alberto Sordi in Noceto, Parma.
