Legend Race Legend Race is a 5k + obstacle course. We host 4 events a year, 2 are mud runs and the other 2 are obstacle courses. One of the obstacle courses is a cross obstacle course that consist of a bootcamp to start the heat and calisthenic challenges along the trail with plenty of obstacles. All of our races have 15 to 20 obstacles. 3 walls in a row do not mean 3 obstacles they are consider 1. So when we say 15 obstacles we are saying sets of obstacles.

Course Description:

The course is pretty much flat, there is no mud, there is a creek that you will have to run in and its about knee deep in some areas, 25+ obstacles. There is a lot of upper body throughout this race, only the Elite has a mandatory completion of every obstacle or they must surrender their bands. Log carry, rope climb, 40 ft of spinning monkey bars, baseball grip, battering ram, pole vaulting, field of walls, balance beam walk and so on.

Aid Stations:

There will be 2 water stations we will have 1st aid onsite,

Awards:

Only the elite heat is timed and the top 3 male and females will receive a prize.

Spectators:

Spectators are encouraged to come out and enjoy the venue area. They are free.

Parking:

Parking is at the race location. There is a $10/vehicle fee for parking so plan on carpooling and save some dough.

Other:

Only the elite heat is timed. No kids course. You have to be 16 years old or older to participate, bag check on site is free, changing tents are available, no showers.

Team:

We welcome teams. Just sign up and we will make sure you run together except for the elite heat.
