Race Start Time:

Competitive Division flight times begin at 8:30am and will go every few minutes. Recreational Division flight times begin after the Competitive teams are finished. 3-4 teams will go at a time very 5 minutes.

Course Description:

10 tough military-style obstacles over 8km of rugged terrain!

Aid Stations:

Water will be available at the start, finish and on the course. St. John's Ambulance will be on site to provide First Aid if necessary.

Awards:

Awards will be given for the winners of the Competitive and Recreational Divisions.

Prizes:

Prizes will be available for the ""most spirited"" team - team outfits are encouraged!

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome to view the start/finish line and will be able to see the final obstacle. No charge for spectators.

Parking:

Parking is provided on site - carpooling is recommended.

Other:

Must be 18+
Bag check and changing area on site, as well as a water truck to hose down muddy competitors.
All proceeds help fund research in to Duchenne muscular dystrophy through Jesse's Journey.
