Course Description:
This isn’t your average charity 5K run! The obstacle course demands endurance to trek through the unknown, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, and a complete lack of shame to sludge through dirt and mud, all in the name of a good cause. Participants can expect between 25-30 obstacles!
Aid Stations:
We will have paramedics on standby

Top fundraising team award!
Spectators:
Spectators are free and are able to view parts of the course.
Parking:
Lots of parking available. Participants are shuttled to and from the lot.
Post Party:
The party continues at the winery after the race! Live band playing, food trucks and local brewery on site
Other:
Minimum age is 11.
All of the proceeds from the race go to the Canadian Cancer society.
