Course Description:
5K stretch of Canada’s muckiest, filthiest, slimiest mud! There are 20+ obstacles to tackle as well! This women’s only event is open to all fitness levels!
Get ready for a day of mud, sweat and cheers. The Mudmoiselle obstacle course is a 5K stretch of the muckiest, filthiest, slimiest mud. It’s where your inner child runs free while testing your endurance, strength and determination. This women’s-only event is open to all fitness levels. Whether you’re used to running marathons, running around the office or running after your kids.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be on stand by.
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE!
Parking:
There is a parking lot and shuttles to the race course.
Post Party:
Our race does have a post-party that includes music, food trucks and vendors!
Other:
Funds raised through the run go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society!
