Race Start Time:
4:00pm is the first heat. Small groups of 10-20 will be released every few mins. 6:00pm will be the same as 4:00pm heat. 8:00pm heat is elite everyone will start together.

Course Description:
The course is mostly flat but very technical. There are some elevation changes to break it up. The course has 22 obstacles to slow runners down. Each obstacle has an elite side and a easier side.
Aid Stations:
Water Stations will be on the course as well as at the finish.
Awards:
1st, 2nd and 3rd in the male and female elite heat will receive a prize
Prizes:
There will be a costume prizes this year.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
There is on site parking for $10
Other:
Headlamps are mandatory for the 6pm and 8pm runs.
