Course Description:
Challenge yourself and your friends to storm Fort Henry at Cannonball Crush. Kingston’s most unique obstacle course where novice to advanced competitors rise to the challenge and CRUSH IT!

1 huge slip & slide , 5 km , 15 obstacles , 500 high fives
Spectators:
Spectators are encouraged! There will be several admission free spectator zones along the course to watch Cannonball Crush.
Parking:
Free parking lot beside the Great Hall.
Post Party:
Stick around for the YGK Craft Beer Festival after party for food, drink and live entertainment. Cannonball Crushers receive FREE admission! Don't forget some cash for refreshments.
