Course Description:

The distance of the track will presumably be about 11-12 kilometers, with 15 obstacles. For the Rookie-Run the lap has to be overcome once, for the classical regular distance the course has to be completed twice. The route also includes gravel pits, forest, as well as uneven ground with potential hidden roots, wires, reinforcing steel, construction debris or stones which surface due to earth erosion, maceration or running over.

Aid Stations:

Refreshments in form of water and fruits will be handed out at 4 supplying stations along the track.
Ambulances, accident help provisions, first aid tents as well as paramedics at neuralgic places of the course will provide sufficient medical care for the participants.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome

Parking:

Parking for participants is free of charge against presentation of the exit ticket received with the starter kits. Spectators might have to pay €5,00 when leaving the area.

Post Party:

We will give further information regarding Pre- and After-Run-Party several weeks before the event

Other:

Guarded wardrobe for athletes.
Warm showers afterwards, also for the last finisher.
