Course Description:
Little over 9K off track, light fell running with obstacles, that includes marsh, bog, rivers and woodland, rough hilly ground interspersed with tracks and fields, if that was not enough, at the end you will encounter 800 metres of deep mud and water between 24 plus obstacles to negotiate en route to the finish.
The obstacles are evenly, tightly spread around the assault course. They are large and over half have more than one component to them, to climb, jump, wade, swing and crawl over and under. It will seem endless and you will need to dig deep and muster every bit of stamina to maintain your pace and position.
The harder you push yourself, the more intense it will hurt and relief will only come when you cross the famous double K`s finish line of the Krypton factor. This race is designed and run by ex Parachute Regiment Soldiers.
Aid Stations:
Two points to get aid: Start/Finish and at Half way point. Race lead by quad bike, 20 marshals on course. Race folled by 2nd quad bike. one paramedic per 150 runners. Two off road safety 4x4 on call

Awards & prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd male & Female, plus a Team award

Car parking will be marshalled, enough space for 500 vehicles

This is a not for profit race, all funds go to The Army Benevelonet fund""The Soldiers Charity""
This is a unique race in that firstly incorporates the Krypton Factor assault course the toughest in the UK and It is supported by the military. So civilians get the chance to race the professionals, both in team and as individuals.
At the moment there is only the 10km route, hopefully next year a 4/5 km short/childrens route will be available.
