Course Description:
The course covers 5k of Varied Terrain through different types of woods, open fields, and through a wood Castle and Town with staggered Walls and Obstacles. The terrain varies from flat to 45 degrees and the paths are grass, dirt, and some lightly rocky. There is a mixture of over 30 Obstacles which include Climbing Walls, Tunnels, Ditches, Tire Run, Spider Web, Balance Logs, Mud Crawl, Climb over Large Logs, Wade through Shallow Pond, Climbing Banks, Spool Crossing, Barrel Crossing, Sandbag Carry, and Arm Dangle.
Aid Stations:
We will have Water Stations set up every mile. There will be an Aid Station set up on site with a Paramedic Manning it. We have Four Wheel Drive Vehicles for Emergencies and the local Hospital is only 5 Miles Away.
Spectators:
Spectators are Free and there will be designated viewing areas. Spectators are allowed into the Post-Party.
Parking:
Parking is $10 per vehicle, Maximum of 22' long. Carpooling dames money. Most parking is very close to Course. Rest is a couple hundred yards away. No Shuttles.
Post Party:
There will be a live DJ all day long during the event. There will be food for sale and vendors on-site. We offer Camping and bunkhouses to participants to rent and along with all the other games like volleyball and corn hole, makes it a fun day for all.
Other:
EMR Event Park is a fun facility that offers a wide range of activities that is situated on 122 acres in the beautiful Endless Mountains.
Minimum Age is 10 Years old and 10 and 11 year olds must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 18 years old.
Our Event is self-timed.
You do not have to be able to swim.
There will be tents set up to change clothes in and outdoor cold water showers and hoses to clean off with.
Team:
Participants are welcome to race as a team. Just sign up the same way as other participants.
