Course Description:

Rock the Gauntlet features a 5K course with 15-20 man-made and natural obstacles at New Haven's East Rock Park.

Aid Stations:

Medical personnel and aid stations along course.

Awards:

Awards given to top three male and females in each age group and for the team competition.

Post Party:

After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a post-race party featuring food, refreshments and live entertainment.
