Course Description:
This is an intense 6K run through muck, mud, water, and terrain with 16 obstacles. Some obstacles are very challenging, and we have had some participants say harder than any other race they have been to. BUT, no one said they absolutely couldn't do them, so you CAN DO IT! And if you don't feel like it a mixture of jumping jacks and push ups will substitute.
Last Years Obstacles included: Tarzan Swing, Web Climb, Mountain Climber, Over & Unders, Slip n Slide, log hurdles, Hay bail jumps, Mini walls, rope bridge, backward crawl, mud walls and more!
Aid Stations:
We have the paramedics on site/stand and 1 first aid station. There will be water at the finish line.
Spectators:
Spectators are free, and you can view from the designated viewing areas.
Parking:
Lots of parking - don't worry.
Post Party:
There will be music all day long, and later in the evening a live band! Food vendors will be on site.

Minimum age 14.
