Course Description:
The course is very MUDDY! Pretty flat throughout. It is around an old horse racing track. It also includes obstacles in wooded areas. Obstacles include varying level of difficulty from easy to BEAST mode!
Aid Stations:
We will have 4 aid stations throughout the course. We will have paramedics. We will have a sponsors areas that offers some food and beer.
Awards:
Largest Team Competition (Registration Deadline to be counted is April 12th, 8pm) - The Jaycees will make an in-kind donation to a local charity/non-profit with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd largest teams. Team members must be signed up to run the 5K. First ($500), Second ($300), Third ($200).
Spectators:
Spectators are free. We have a designated spectator trail that allows the spectator to go out onto the track and watch participants. They most stay within the spectator areas.
Parking:
Parking is free. Space is on a first-come-first-serve basis. No VIP or special parking.
Post Party:
DJs will be present, as well as food vendors and sponsors tents. Free beer is also provided.
Other:
Youth (under 18) must run with an adult.
Team:
The Nacogdoches Jaycees will donate to the charity of the largest three teams' choice.
