Course Description:
A 5k obstacle course featuring 25 obstacles for a fun run, team and individual competitive run and kid zone experience at Pere Marquette Beach, on the shore of Lake Michigan
Awards:
Top overall and masters male & female, top 3 places in each age category and top 3 teams will receive a unique award designed specifically for ForeShore.

Parking:
10$ - City parking spaces in the Pere Marquette, Lake Michigan, Margaret Drake Elliott, Kruse, and Harbour Towne (Muskegon Lake)
Other:
Every registration, every apparel purchase, and every donation helps Muskegon Rescue Mission provide nutritious meals, safe shelter and life-changing services to homeless men, women and children in West Michigan
Team:
Each team is comprised of four individuals; a team with more than four players will be disquallified from the awards.
Kids Race:
This is a miniature version of the 5k course for children of all ages. We guarantee they will want to go again and again and again!
Each child receives a medal and treats.
A parent or guardian must accompany children in the Kid’s Zone.
The Kid’s Zone is best suited for children ages 3 – 8. All ages are welcome!
Kid’s Zone opens at 8:30am and remains open until the last runners cross the finish line.
There is no preregistration for the Kid’s Zone.
