Race Start Time:
The first wave is at 8:30AM and the last wave is at 11:00AM. Runners get to select their preferred state time with waves every 10 minutes. The competitive waves are at 8:30AM and 8:40AM. Team competition waves are at 10:00AM and 10:10AM.

Course Description:
The run takes place on Pere Marquette Beach so be prepared for a lot of sand. The course includes over 20 obstacles that will challenge runners throughout the course. Runners will be climbing over, crawl under and going through a variety of obstacles providing a unique challenge.
ForeShore Adventure run features over 20 obstacles, with many that are new, but the same mission: helping people to overcome life’s obstacles.
Aid Stations:
We have several aid stations on the course as well as paramedics on the course. We have 5 water stations throughout the course as well as water and fruit at the finish.
Awards:
The top finishers in each age category will receive awards created special for our event.
Spectators:
We encourage runners to bring spectators along to encourage them while conquering the course. Spectators are admitted free of charge to watch our event. Spectators are encouraged to walk and can view most of the course.
Parking:
There is ample parking available near the registration/check in area. Parking is free of charge.
Other:
ForeShore Adventure Run is a creation of Muskegon Rescue Mission. Muskegon Rescue Mission has been serving the homeless sense 1907. Every ticket purchased will provide 20 meals for a homeless man, women or child.
Team:
We have two competitive waves for Team Competition. The team time consists of top for runners from each team. There is no maximum new of team members. So be sure and build our team early and recruit lots of team members.
Of course anyone can create a team even if they aren't in the competitive wave. Creating a team is a great way to be sure you and all your friends get to run at the same time.
