Course Description:
What we offer is a 5K to 7K Mountain Obstacle Race, which is the first of the 2014 season with the most obstacles of any event so far! The course will crisscross up and down the mountain and have a Post-Apocalyptic atmosphere with insane obstacles!
Slides, tunnels, barbed wire, walls, bigger walls, even bigger walls... wooded areas, technical climbs, water crossings and much, much more!
This is the only race in existence that you alone decide the distance during the race. The initial course is 5 kilometers long and full of obstacles that comes to a fork at the end... you can complete the final Elite Obstacle to cross the finish line or decide to add another grueling 2 kilometers to your race where a minimum of 10 more obstacles await you! It's all or nothing.
There are a minimum of 40 Elite Obstacles, with a maximum distance of 7km across the entire course. There is no time limit, enabling people of all ages and abilities to complete it at their own pace. The Dead End Race is about the experience, challenging yourself on our obstacles, enjoying yourself with friends and having fun! For seasoned racers you can go all out while challenging yourselves on our Elite Obstacles which will indeed challenge the best of racers.
Aid Stations:
Hydration stations at 2k and 4k.
Finish line drinks to be decided.
Spectators:
Spectators get in free, can see a lot of obstacles from the bottom... but will have an option at 5$ to ride the chairlift up and down the mountain above the obstacle course.
Parking:
$10 per car Carpooling is the best. Lot is close.

Other:
For our Kids Race, we will give 5$ from every registration to a childrens hospital charity. Ages 5-13 for kids race and 14 and up for adults. Timing chips for all adults. There will be decontamination areas scattered around the course (showers)
Team:
Team are welcome and will start together. No limits on teams. Group discounts. All our teams will be able to share their images and videos on our social media.
