Course Description:
RSR 5k ish
Dipping your toe in the mud for the first time?
Then this is the perfect obstacle race event to get you and your team started.
We pack in 30 challenging obstacles and, of course, rivers of mud. WARNING: at the finish line, 5k-ers always say: ‘I wish I had done the 10k!’
RSR 10k ish
Now you’re moving up to the next stage in obstacle racing, it’s time to treat you to something really special – The Water Park.
Expect The Bomb, Gorilla Swing, Hydroslide and more.
So get the team training for twice* the distance and a full-on, but fun, day! *This is a non lapping course.
RSR 15k ish
We push you harder than ever with a challenging obstacle race with 50 impressive obstacles.
The challenges come thick and fast as we push your obstacle racing boundaries.
Taking in the 10k route, you can layer on an additional 10 obstacles coupled with the toughest terrain.
As you'd expect, a non lapping course.
Spectators:

Parking:
Parking will be charged at £5.00.
We strongly encourage carpooling.

Post Party:
When you’ve run the good run and you’re covered in mud and sweat, there’s only one thing for it. A hot shower and a party! RockSolid is renowned for its after-event showers and, believe us, they don’t disappoint. Piping hot water and plenty of space to spruce up in afterwards. All clean and smelling nice? Then it’s time to party at The RockSolid Arms. The venue is right by the finish line, so grab yourself a beer (look out for RockSolid Revival Premium Ale) and cheer on the runners still coming in. What else? You can catch some live sport on the big screen and grab a bite from a huge range of options – from the healthy to the carb-busting.
Oh, and did we mention the Stretch Tent? This is the place to head for DJs and bands – and a party that lasts till midnight! Frenic’s our resident DJ. He’s been rocking UK clubs for 13 years and currently resides in that urban hotspot, Bristol, where he cuts a wide variety of music from all genres. He’s a regular on the UK festival circuit and known for his belting annual sets at the F1 Grand Prix and Moto GP.
