Race Start Time:
Gates open at 7AM. Opening ceremonies begin at 9:30. The first wave will start at 9:00am and the last wave will start at 11AM. Keep in mind you will likely finish the event in less than an hour but we don't close our gates until 5PM.
For Kids Race: Gates open at 3:00pm, with the first wave begins at 4:30pm. Opening ceremonies begin at 5:30pm. Mud Run Jr. START times occur every 15 minutes.

Course Description:

With more than 25 bootcamp style obstacles surrounded by or consisting of mud, our 5K race is a challenging yet amazing experience whether racing or watching.
The Delaware Competitive / Elite Mud Run is a tougher, longer, more demanding course with challenging obstacles. The course has more than 25 Signature O.C.R style obstacles through a tougher terrain. The Elite version is not a team run but only for individuals.
The Delaware Mud Run, Jr is a 1.5 mile race with boot camp style obstacles that have been surrounded by or consisting of mud. People cheer as participants slip, slide, and slosh their way to victory.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics, the local fire and police departments, and medical aid units will be on site. Water stations are scattered throughout the course. Fruit and water are available at the finish line!
Spectators:
There is no spectator fee, however spectators will need to purchase parking pass. Spectators can stay for post run tailgating and view most of the course from designated areas.
Parking:
$20 cash the day of event. $10 if purchased before the event. Tailgating parking available for $60 (Can only be purchased in advance)
Other:
Minimum age: Must be a least 14 years old by race day
Packet Pick up: June 4th and 5th at Blue Diamond Amusement Park and on June 6th at Grottos on US RT.1. A $50 fee to pick up packets the day of the race will be implemented.
There is a shower station and changing area available.
We do not hold keys, towels, or other items while participants race.
100% of the proceeds benefit the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware.
Team:
The captain of a team of four processes payment online, picks team names, and sends links to three other team members. The three other members then log on to enter their information, sign waiver, and pick t-shirt sizes. Individual sign up is available.
