Course Description:
Combine the excitement of running a 5k race w/ 30 obstacle where you will be required to crawl, swing, jump, swim, and sliding through lots of challenging obstacles. You don't want to miss out on this unique event on the Space Coast! The AIDS Orphan Mud Run Obstacles are:
1. The Muddy Hexekiah's Tunnel
2. MT. Sinai: Climb the mountain of tires
3. Slough of Despair: Time to get into the swing by swinging over a body of water using a rope. Don't fall into the water.
4. Maze Runner: Find your way through to get to the other side
5. Balance Beam Water Crossing
6. Water/Mud Ditch Run
7. Hurdles
8. Water Tub Crossing in the Swamp OC
9. Water Wall Climb in the Swamp OC
10. Floating Obstacles on the Swamp OC
11. Dirt Hill Climb
12. Balance Beam Water Crossing
13. Water Rope Crossing: High/Low water rope crossing
14. Mud Pit #1: 40 yards long, 6ft wide, 2ft mud in the ditch
15. Dirt Hill Climb #2
16. Prayer Island Dash
17. Prayer Island Spider Web: You will need prayer as you maneuver your way through the tangled web.

Aid Stations:
Will will have aid stations at the beginning/finish line and in the middle of the course to assist you as needed.
Awards:
Awards will be presented to the first and second place positions in each division. (Race Divisions: 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)
Awards also will be presented to the overall top, All Male Team, and All Female Team.
Cross-Fit Team: Competing for the Cross-Fit Trophy.
Heroes and Warriors Teams are competing for the Patriot Trophy.

Free admissions for spectators attending the event.

Post Party:
The event sponsor ""Teen Missions International"" will provide a free lunch during their annual open house event. All participants and spectators are welcome to stay and receive a free lunch. There will be music and the opportunity to tour the facility.
Other:
The AIDS Orphan Mud Run is a fund-raising event hosted by the ministry of Teen Missions International, Inc., for the benefit of AIDS Orphans and Street Children. The mission of AOSC is to provide for children whose parents have died of AIDS related diseases and for the children who do not have a 'sustaining' family. AOSC is helping orphans in need!
The AIDS Orphans Mud Run will benefit the children of Sub Saharan Africa who live near our Orphan Rescue Units. These children will receive food, medical aid, education assistance, and spiritual hope through the funds that are raised. At this time, we provide aid to approximately 10,000 of children in the African countries of Malawi, Cameroon, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Uganda.
We try to accommodate wave preferences, but we are not able to in all circumstances.
We will make sure that all team members are in the same start time.
Team:
Cross-Fit Team Competition (timed wave): This wave is open to any community organization, youth groups, Church, school, business or family group. You will compete as a team of 4 up to 10 per team. You can run as a team or individually. The time of the top 4 finishers within your team will be averaged to determine the champion for 2015 and will take the Cross-Fit trophy home!!
Hero's and Warriors (Military and First Responder Team Competition (timed wave): This wave is open to any military, emergency response personnel (former or current). You will compete as a team of 4 up to 10 per team. You can run as a team or individually. The time of the top 4 finishers within your team will be averaged to determine the winner of the Patriot trophy!!
