Course Description:
The Bethesda Mud Run is designed as a family friendly event that will feature a full 5K run and/or walk, and for those under 12 we will be offering a Mini Muddy course!
And be sure to stick around after the run for all the festivities.
Aid Stations:
A first aid station is available and volunteers are also assigned at many points throughout the course to give assistance.

Spectators are free!

All proceeds go to the Bethesda Children's Home Foundation. Help kids and have fun in the mud at the same time!
Team:
Teams are encouraged. A team is 4 runners.
